Per unit, one-off visit

A one-off visit is charged for at least 2 units of general servicing, so the minimum is $50. The minimum does not apply to chemical work, gas work, or contract visits.
Contract plans
General servicing on a fixed schedule, at a discount off the $25 per-unit rate. Chemical and gas work are charged normally. Billed per visit, no lock-in.

Worked example
Three units, quarterly plan. 3 × $25 = $75 a visit, less 15% = $63.75 a visit. Four visits a year = $255 a year.
Rescheduling
- More than 24 hours before the visit: free, as often as you need.
- Less than 24 hours before: free once.
- After that, and whenever a technician arrives and nobody is home: $20.
