What we do
Three levels of clean
Chemical wash
$85 a unit
about 45 min a unit
Coil and blower wheel removed, soaked, rinsed and refitted. For units still weak after a general service.
Chemical overhaul
$160 a unit
about 90 min a unit
Full strip-down. Every part cleaned, drainage flushed under pressure, reassembled and vacuum-tested.
Residential only. We do not service window units, portable units, ducted or cassette systems, or any commercial plant.
How a visit works
From first question to a cool room

Tell us what you have
How many units, and whether it is an HDB flat or a condominium. The office confirms the slot with you.
- 02
We arrive in the slot
Someone 18 or over needs to be home for the visit. Condo registration is sent ahead, not done on the day.
- 03
The work, and a job sheet
Each unit is serviced and its readings recorded, so you know what was found and what was done.
- 04
Pay when it is done
PayNow, bank transfer or cash on the day. Contract customers are invoiced per visit.

Nothing paid up front
No deposit. PayNow, transfer or cash once the work is done.
You see what we found
Refrigerant pressure is checked and written on the job sheet.
